If not a poem,
A demonstration of
speculative hope

And what is hope?
If not a dream,
An integration of
want and need

And what is need?
If not a fact,
Of fundamentally
basic lack

And what is lack?
If not a hole,
A deviation from
seamless flow

And what is flow?
If not a part,
Of all ancestral
memory's start
